Partnering with international and domestic clients to define, design, and develop collections of home decor products, textile designs, and surface pattern designs for home & apparel.

Managed and lead the design development and team for the Tommy Hilfiger Off-Price account, for 20+ Soft&Hard Home product categories, exclusive to TJX. Lead and art-directed on-brand creative vision, and produced complete design presentations on a quarterly cadence for all categories, while managing full design development process through to production. Contributed to the 20% sales growth and the increase of the account’s relative share in the overall business by 6.5%

As lead designer of Hard Goods, created new programs and line extensions for the Jonathan Adler core brand. Developed and designed complete solutions which included product, packaging and any print & patterns that were used.
Categories include: decorative accessories, lighting, small cased goods, tabletop, mirrors, games, bath and seasonal products.
Managed internal production timelines and cross-functional collaboration efforts to ensure company targets are met. Responsible for full product development lifecycle, from sourcing and building personal relationships with overseas vendors and agents to overseeing prototypes, quality assurance and product development.

Hard home design and development for the BHG brand for Walmart. Collaborate with design and PD teams from initial concept through to production and merchandising. Responsibilities include trend and market research, development of color palettes and original art, technical drawings and renderings, creation of tech. packs and correspondence with buyers and suppliers to ensure quality cues are met.

Participate in the bedding design department for the Ralph Lauren Chaps and American Living brands. Assist in the development of presentation boards, tech. packs and samples review for color and print comments.

Participate in the tabletop department for the various Ralph Lauren Home Brands, including Ralph Lauren, Lauren and American Living. Assist in product research, concept development and design of tabletop, gifts, stationary and holiday ornaments.

As a core member of the FF&E team, responsibilities include sourcing and specifying materials and finishes, creating presentation boards and managing and tracking FF&E specifications. Head various project management responsibilities such as furniture and art features prototypes, correspondence with vendors, coordinating company shipments and monitoring of purchase orders, budgets and quotes. Manage the company’s materials library and interns for research and solutions of active projects.
