My partner Trisha Wookey and I run a design development studio in Bozeman Montana. Although we specialize in designing and developing high end outdoor sewn product, we have been working in industrial product design and enjoy challenging the traditional paradigms of the design process. We used to trade under the Wookey Backpacks brand and have been doing independent contract design work since 2005.

Macpac Wilderness Equipment has been the "go-to" brand for technical packs and apparrel in the Austrail-Asia for the last 30 years. Located in Christchurch, New Zealand, they specialize in high end equipment, and continue to make some of the worlds finest gear.

Wookey Backpacks specializes in high end technical backpacks. Manufactured entirely in the USA using only domestically produced raw materials, Wookey was the only real "in-house" brand. We ceased trading under the name in 2005 due to the lack of funding to expand the manufacturing. The brand still exists, but is currently not operational.
