- Rebranded Jasper Library Furniture to LIAT. Deliverables included a new logo, website, redesign of existing collections and updated marketing materials.
- Introduced 5 product lines including 3 table collections and 2 lounge collections. Deliverables include design, 3D CAD and engineering, detailed shop drawings, renderings, prototypes, brochures, specifications, process automation, sourcing and pricing.
- Work with end-users, architects, designers and in-house shop personnel to design and engineer custom projects.
- Design trade show booths for NeoCon, ALA, PLA, ACRL, and EDspaces.

- Manage the engineering department and set schedule for projects.
- Design and oversee the development of new product lines.
