• I enjoy all aspects of product design and strive for the highest standards of quality in my work. I have a creative eye for shape and colour, and an excellent eye for detail. I have a detailed knowledge and understanding of product design and related processes. I am a good communicator with strong presentation skills and can communicate well with clients, colleagues and people at any level. I work well under pressure and can work to tight deadlines when necessary. As a manager, I am approachable and supportive, but I expect high standards from my team.

2004 Won the Best Effect Award in the 2004 TaiHu Electric Bicycle Design Contest.
2004 Won the ”San Xiao” in the Second Toothbrush Design Contest of SanXiao Company.
2003-2004 Participated in the global experiment group of Electrolux, responsible for the design of washing machine in 2003 and 2004.
2004 Won the Excellent Award in the Industrial Design Contest of TCL Multimedia Electronic Cup during the China Industrial Design Week in 2004
2004 Entered for the Industrial Design Contest of Hair Cup during the China Industrial Design Week in 2004.
2005 Nominated for the Excellent Award in the Car Group of China Car Design Contest of FAW Design Contest in 2005

2009.5 Motorola A1210 is appraised ”the best hand writing touch phone” and combine with the magazineoutput the personal female phone.
2010.1 Motorola WX series get a good sales performance.
2012.5 ‘’Midea 8000’’ Top loading washing machine get the ‘’HongXing’’ award. -
