These are simple water jetting hand-gun and foot-gun O&M sheets, which were carefully folded and stuffed into a plastic document holder along with the testing certificate for each assembly. It worked nicely.

This is a nice, two-sided flyer I did for the newly-formed rentals division. It was e-mailed, taken to trade shows, and stuffed into each box that left the shipping department. The idea here is to let the customers "rent before they buy" to get a feel for the productive capacity. Really worked!

"Difficult People" article by Suzanne Powell
This is another short example of semi-technical O&M writing for a wine cooler. The original text from the actual manufacturer was written in a form of pidgin "Chinglish", which needed to be straightened out. The company had a huge warehouse full of small refrigerators of different types but no manuals... they were truly behind the eight-ball.
This text is saved just as I sent it for approval, minus the company warranty blurb in the back. In this instance, another department handled the desktop publishing.
