Hiring, training, organizing and managing a team of 40+ creatives including Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Illustrators and Copy writers.

Responsibilities included: Acting in the capacity of a Managing partner and Creative Director the responsibilities included managing the creative output, client briefings and presentations and pitches to ensure a healthy rate of new business. Accounts and brands handled: ICI, American Express, Brinks Security, BAYER, DOW Agrosciences, Greaves Air-conditioners and Cherat Cement.

Responsibilities included: Leading a group of creatives to deliver on clients like Unilever Personal Care Portfolio, DeBeers Diamonds, Ciba-Geigy, Philips, Shell, United Bank limited, LG and Standard Chartered. Assignments ranging from TVC concepts to Print and OOH campaigns.

Responsibilities included: Managing and delivering Print, OOH and Collateral work for ICI, Gestetner, Ciba-Geigy, DHL, 3M, MCB Bank, Tapal Tea and Triumph.
