* With input from the VP of Interior Design, oversee the interior * design process and deliverables, establish project direction and work within project budgets and schedules * Under minimal supervision manage multiple projects and * a team of intermediate and junior designers, delegate and assign tasks appropriately * Understand the requirements of the plans, life safety issues, * building codes and other technical aspects * knowledgeable in the areas of design, drawing and details, finishes and building materials, specifications, codes, technical drawing, contract administration and business practices * Prepare and administer construction documents consisting of plans, Elevations, details and specifications, to illustrate non-structural and/or non-seismic partition layouts power and communications locations reflected ceiling and lighting plans: materials, products and finishes, and furniture selection, specifications and layouts.

Location :Amman / Jordan Duties: * Creating Concept for interior design project. * Selecting furniture to suit the Concept from locale & foreign supplier. * Converting the concept to schematic drawing for client approval. * Developing the concept for entire project. * Producing Construction drawing for Subcontractor & working phase.

* Projects Drawing and Details for Curtain Wall with consulted or Clint * producing technical drawing for Approval * Making cutting Lists for Production to the factory, * Fallowing the progress of work on the site with the General supervisor & with Production manager. * Looking for solutions for Aluminum work. * Designing in 3D View for Curtain Wall Building & Towers

* Meeting new & existing clients and determining their requirements. * Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the client's budget. * Preparing drawing, sketches, proposals and quotations for clients. * Providing drawing support to a senior interior designer. * Coordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors and suppliers. Developing 2D/3D CAD * Product files into a product library for Design services. * Producing working drawing packages, mood & sample boards & 3D visuals. * Organizing and maintaining the practice library. * Producing tender documentation, detailed drawing packages & written specification. * Contractor & consulted review tender drawing.

* Produce technical drawings and calculate the quantities of wood works from the BOQ. to the factory and follow-up work processes and quality manufacturing and installation * I worked there a few of (villas & Control tower of The field of Qatar Moto-GP).

International company was handling 80% of interior finishing of the project, Duties: * producing technical drawing to FFT furniture, Door, interiors finishing * Producing tender documentation, detailed drawing packages & written specification. * Coordinate the drawing with site engineers. * Making cutting Lists for Production to the factory. 2. DUBAI METRO (JT-Metro) project: Fino. International company was handling in the red line: (Entrance pod & footbridges), in the Green line: (station & Entrance pod). Duties: * Producing tender documentation, detailed drawing packages & written specification. * Explaining work methods to our work team in the site. * Making cutting Lists for Production to the factory. * Attending meeting with main contractor & consulted to review tender drawing.
