• Own the brand voice and visual direction, which maintains and enhances the brand image, and drives sales in all channels from concept through high-quality products
• Develop seasonal collections, original designs, messaging, and imagery that create a consistent style to the brand’s direction on all products and packaging
• Provide timely communication between relevant departments including digital, purchasing, creative, and product development teams
• Research, identify, and present industry trends that drive the direction of design development and brand-exclusive collections
• Hire, direct, and manage a creative staff, including designers and editorial contributors
• Oversee an Art Department that focuses on both hard- and soft-line product development, pattern design/illustration, and packaging design across various gift, décor, and bath and body categories
• Color correct digital files and review printed proofs for color, layout, etc
• Provide creative feedback to production designers to assist in moving concepts forward
• Communicate with product development team throughout design process, including reviewing and proofing packaging
• Create label art and design for Stonewall Kitchen projects as needed

• Freelanced and licensed my art with many giftware companies such as Demdaco, Lang, Legacy, Roman, Youngs, TriCoastal and Amscan
• Worked closely with clients and licensing agents to execute artwork from concept to completion for application on a variety of products from many different manufacturers throughout the gift industry

• Worked in both a creative role as an art director and in a creative sales capacity working directly with customers designing art for use as wall decor
• Worked proactively licensing within the gift industry with the art I designed • Additionally, managed and designed all catalogs, all color proofing and press proofing
