Library Addition Proposal - We were approached to propose a addition/rehabilitation of a library in the NYC Area. The images are intended to show the possibility of what could be done, not what should be done as they were to used to attempt to lure investors and stakeholders into pushing the project forwards.

258 Residence - Conceptual Schematic Renderings for an uptown NYC apartment combination. The Client wanted one side of the apartment to be an entertainment area, with a semi-private home office, and the other side to be the "family" side. The concept was to have the wall of the home-office, wrap-up and become a ceiling element that visually connected both sides.

Project Earth Day 2008 - We designed the 2008 USGBC-EGBNY Project Earth Day fashion show runway and environment and our intent was to convey the urban condition, or the "urban alley." The concept was centered upon the city as a city, especially New York City, is inherently sustainable and the culmination of cross-pollination between the creative fields (be they architecture, fashion, etc). We built the entire environment with donated materials, many of which were returned afterwards.
