258 Residence - Conceptual Schematic Renderings for an uptown NYC apartment combination. The Client wanted one side of the apartment to be an entertainment area, with a semi-private home office, and the other side to be the "family" side. The concept was to have the wall of the home-office, wrap-up and become a ceiling element that visually connected both sides.
