I am an energetic, highly motivated product developer with a passion for entrepreneurship.

I really enjoy working with other enthusiastic individuals. I love design and always excel in an environment where I have access to people of a similar mind set. I look at design as a service through problem solving.

I have completed my degree in Industrial Design with Honours and I am about to continue onto Strathclyde University to Study for an Msc in Advanced Manufacturing:Technology and Systems to which I have received a full scholarship.

In the long term I'm looking to develop enough skills within the design and business sector to begin my own business focusing on a clearly identified market gap.

For me the aim of this program is to develop an in-depth understanding of manufacturing technology and specialist skills is to address the balance in manufacturing education, and ultimately, to help manufacturing industry in gaining competitive advantages in strategically important areas such as manufacturing automation, advanced production techniques and micro/nano-manufacturing, the latter being important in reforming current industry, shaping future manufacturing industry and developing the next generation of industrial products which are relevant to all major industrial sectors – energy, transport, health care, food and consumer goods.

My final year project during my bachelors degree was purchased by Marvel Studios for use in there upcoming films. I went through a developmental process to make sure the product was appropriately adjusted for the screen as well as placing the product on set during the movie production process.

I provided consultation for a business start up based in rural Perth and Kinross.

I consulted on brand advertising specifically how the brand would be perceived within the area and how the image could be adjusted to maximize brand awareness and positive brand image. I also conducted public relations for the business at the Blair Castle International Horse trials and Country Fair.
NCR - Design Cooperation

I was provided an external brief by NCR focusing on design within the retail environment. I focused on creating accessibility for visually impaired shoppers allowing them to shop using 4 out the 5 senses. I conducted a complete project including primary research,concept development using my research insights through to concept analysis, user testing and product finalization.

Finally I organised a formal presentation of the project.
