EK SUCCESS BRANDS: Art Directed the EK Success team to design and develop over 200 new products yearly under Martha Stewart Crafts Brand. Worked closely with both Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia product and marketing teams, to maintain Martha aesthetic and brand identity and strategy on new product development, packaging and marketing visuals. Collaborated closely with product managers and tracked the sales results of past and current products to understand and better react to the market needs with newness and fresh ideas. Created product planogram suggestions before finalizing the product selections to reflect the best product diversity that will fit in the assigned store space, and maximize the profit. Communicated and oversaw communication with oversea factories, and Wilton China Offices daily, making sure all design and technical development issues are addressed, and the production costs are maintained. Reviewed and approved final product, and co signed with MSLO PM. Prepared trend storyboards and product presentations for buyer presentations. Oversaw photo-shoots for marketing and packaging photography, and related crafting.

Design product packaging that is attractive, differentiating and functional that suits customer needs and store standards. Work closely with the product managers and the marketing team to prepare/ recommend store planograms, store graphics, window displays. Consulted with sales & marketing teams and attended client meetings Visualized new concepts and prepared drawings to various levels of detail from presentation to production. Supervised HK product development team, and communicated with factories to oversee the sampling and production.
