In 2011 I enrolled in Howest's Industrial Product Design course. In my final year (2014) I chose to go abroad for my internship and found a developmental project in Eenhana, Namibia. I stayed there for three months, working on spreading solar cooking with the local population.
Having caught a travel-bug, I decided to go backpacking. Once I was graduated I booked a one-way ticket to Mexico and worked my way down south to Ecuador over the course of five months. Not ready to go home, but running out of money, I went to Australia with a working holiday visa. I stayed there for a year, mainly working in agriculture and hospitality.
When I got back home it was time to do something with my degree. I started at Elaut as mechanical designer and stayed there for nearly two years. Due to my relocation to Bruges, the commute would become very long and I decided to leave Elaut.
At the moment I am looking for a job as mechanical/industrial designer.
