* Designed a variety of stationary and accessories for teens and tweens, resulting in an array of new business. * Cooperated with overseas suppliers to streamline designs for manufacturing, specifying appropriate and affordable techniques for production. * Improved company image and gained more market share by recommending and applying new marketing strategy. Developed seasonal design resources through marketing and trend research.

* Worked with multi-department (engineering, marketing, business development) and created new applications for the client's QuietShield noise-insulating material. * Designed Sound Patterns Barrier System - utilizes QuietShield material to absorb sound along high-traffic roadways adjacent to residential areas.

* Created a new acoustical ceiling system specifically tailored to the unique needs of higher education facilities. * Creatively designed an adjustable sound absorbing system by using ply wood frame and acoustic fabric. * Worked along with marketing, engineering, sales, customers, and vendors to complete this project.

* Partnered with students and faculty in the PhilaU Physician Assistant program to create an innovative mobile health clinic for urban areas. * Analyzed market trend, researched healthcare products, to meet Physician Assistant's request. * Designed and launched an adaptable lighting fixture successfully, which can be sued for both exami nation and educational scenarios.

* Assisted with The University of the Arts cooperative project for youth education. * Designed learning techniques for NBW's Bicycle Repair Education Program. * Created a Touch and Guess game used in NBW's education programs.
