• Instruct college Juniors and Seniors in Solidworks 3D modeling software capabilities, model senior toy, generate control drawings and prep for prototypes
• Introduce high school students to the toy design industry through the Saturday Live program
• Create lesson plans that include basic skills needed to excel in the toy design field
• Instruct students in the ability to think a concept through to completion
• Provide a positive example to young adults who would like to turn their creative skills into a marketable ability

• Responsible for product from concept through completion; including assembly of cost packages, writing electronic play patterns and facilitating model fabrication
• Manage 1-2 Dozen projects simultaneously at any given time throughout the product cycle
• Communicate with over-seas vendors on a daily basis to track product development
• Initiate and organize brainstorm meetings with team members to cultivate new ideas
• Direct and create team presentations for line reviews in which all departments are able to view and comment on new concepts
• Collaborate with artists, model makers and engineers to create accurate prototypes
• Leader in technology awareness for the New York office
