● Design and develop web applications, front-end development, domain name registration, web hosting, search engine optimization / submission
● Handle all projects from start to finish, including administrative aspects
● Communicate directly with clients to establish project parameters, write proposals for design work, analyze competitor web sites, determine web site content, produce site maps for client approval, and communicate progress with client throughout length of project
● Design visual layouts and graphics for web sites, often including logo designs, flash animations and flash navigation

● Hire, supervise, and motivate a staff of graphic designers to increase their efficiency
● Ensure staff is well-versed regarding clients' requirements and expectations
● Develop, design and pitch web-site mock-ups for clients to ensure satisfaction
● Monitor and report on website traffic and performance
● Manage the work of freelance artists & outside design services
● Responsible for creative direction on all aspects print, digital design & web applications
● Create HTML email templates & newsletters for e-mail marketing campaigns
● Establish, maintain & evolve standards, best practices, & the development process for clients
● Work with creative team to develop & enforce client brand’s verbal & visual guidelines
● Collaborate with clients to translate marketing objectives into creative solutions
● Analyze results of creative executions & recommend changes
● Manage social media platforms by developing solutions for clients to connect with their users
● Develop user centered design techniques that optimize the experience
● Web page development from designing & testing all the way up to production deployment
