Expanded and managed broadcast production capability and increased and supervised expanded broadcast staff, client and project base. Negotiated vendor agreements to control costs and maximize revenue. Mentored associates to prepare them for management roles. Oversaw and grew the entire production chain from budgeting through budget management, design, drafting, fabrication, supervision, installation and post-completion servicing of clients on projects ranging from small lobby installations to multi-million dollar studios, permanent architectural installations and large retail roll-outs.
