As a copywriter and aspiring blogger I'm looking for a position that utilizes my wide variety of writing styles and problem solving skill sets.
My unique experience as a writer has primarily online. I've contributed copy for in-house collateral, media kits, multiple e-commerce sites, and a couple e-zine publications. I've also contributed creative writings and other lifestyle web content for online publications and blogs. I've worked alongside senior level writers, vice president and directors of marketing as well as graphic designers, so teamwork isn't lost on me. After all, teamwork is often the best work to put forth.
Someone recently asked me, "If you could be ANYWHERE right now and do ANYTHING, where would it be?" Well my first thought was Disney World since I've never been. But the honest truth? I'd love to be working at an advertising agency as a copywriter. It's where I started and where I dream to finish. It's just where I belong.
In my spare time I love to write fictitious short stories about ordinary people who experience extraordinary things. My notebook includes pieces of poetry, concepts for campaigns, tagline & headline ideas, things I need "To Do", and a doodle... or twenty
