Worked under the Director and lead a team of 3 to 4 Architectural Assistants to complete the Detail Design package for Shaw Movie City (30,000 sq.ft. lobby design). Worked independently of a team on Shelley Street Commercial Development (25 story plus 3 story podium), liaising with Client's project management team and consultants in the finalization of Detail Design and Construction documentations.

Worked as an architectural consultant for government park projects in the Tuen Mun area. Such parks include the provision of sitting-out area at Ho Pong Street, a 2077 sq.ft public park that facilitates a children's play area and an elderly fitness area. The improvement and beatification project for the walking trail at Shan King, a 11571 sq.ft public park and walking trail situated in the hills of Shan King South. Assisted with the production of presentation and tender drawings for such projects and liaised with LCSD and HAD in project management.

Worked as part of a team in developing and producing exterior undulating podium facade designs for Teun Wan commercial complex. All drawings were done with CAD, Sketchup, Rhino 3D and Maxwell Render.

Developed and produced a planning application for the Senior Architect's design for a 300 sq.m residential house extension - Dashwood House in the Cotswold District Council. Assisted with the production of presentation drawings for an office space in Oxford using Vectorworks, Sketchup, Podium and Photoshop.

Revised and modified 3D Sketchup model for a large three storey commercial complex owned by Next Home & Garden to suit new design requirements. Produced Photoshop renders of model for architect and client approval.

Worked as part of a team for design development, masterplanning and drafting using Revit 2009 for 500 apartments and 500 houses within a Russian development - Razdory based in Moscow, Russia. UK residential experience was also gained through working on planning permission for a 1,019.8 sq.m apartment penthouse extension called Grove End Gardens in St. John's Wood. Duties included handling full sets of interior design documentation, preparing design presentation for clients, and meeting with clients and suppliers.
