Founded this design and film-driven content agency. Responsible for the company’s go-to-market philosophy, strategy, creative benchmarks, client management and creative output. Over a short, action-packed year, grew the company from 5 to 15 members, winning all key accounts including The Economist, Free Press Journal, Mega We Care, Aditya Birla Group’s Opus Paints and LTIMindtree.

Raised, led and grew Zirca Brand Solutions into CreativeiQ – a division specializing in data-led creativity, content, web design, UI/UX and performance campaigns. Got promoted thrice in a 4.5 year stint.

Earned the trust of partners like The Economist, Mega We Care, United World Colleges, Invest India, HDFC Life 99 and Sarda Farms.

Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and establishing Zirca’s ad-tech products ConsumeriQ. ContentiQ as well as driving the company’s Identity and Market Strategy. Recognized as a Zirca Value Champion for exemplifying Responsible Freedom. Won multiple awards for excellence in Content Creation and Interactive Web Design.

Began my creative journey with idea-driven one-to-one mailers as well as digital and ATL campaigns. Worked across categories from Travel to Logistics to BFSI and F&B. Won a One-Show Bronze for creative excellence in Direct Mail.
