Mould Maker - For leading electronic OEM in Malaysia, My main responsibility was to follow up and assemble precession injection moulds. Main Customers where Sony Ericsson, Canon & SEGEM to name a few. Study the design, meet with product development team discuss for possible design modification for ease of manufacture. * Plan for the machining process & commit the date of trial. * Prepare machining drawings. * Follow up the machining process and make necessary clarifications to the machinists. * Assemble the Moulds ensure proper fitment and function. * Conduct Mould trial. * Check the component & Make necessary corrections, handover the mould to production after the pilot production.
