I believe that when creativity and a human-centered mindset meet, great products are inevitable. I am driven to connect with and understand the people for whom I am designing, from young children in the early stages of their lives to adults with a lifetime of experience. Each design challenge is an opportunity to listen and then integrate their experience with beautiful design that will enhance and bring joy to their lives. By studying Industrial Design and Psychology at Appalachian State University I was able to build a solid foundation combining both of those fields. Since graduation I have interned at product and graphic design firms where I explored and sharpened my skills in human-centered design. I am committed to serving others through design.
