Creating interfaces for machine learning platforms, designing multi-modal applications, implementing design systems (and training developers on how to implement them accessibly)—that's my current focus here at inUse. After many years consulting with Symsoft, took on a short-term full-time role to build a team of skilled designers, content strategists, and front-end folks to expand the depth and reach of websites and applications. As the technical product development specialist for McCann's client, Microsoft Information Worker Partner Program, coordinated the deployment of partner-specific products, such as the Office Systems Solution Directory and IW Partner portal.

As the only locally-placed employee, expanded web application development from 2 engagements to 10 within the first year, all without increasing operating costs, by leveraging remote development and standardized project engagement processes.
