Designing and manufacture various new furniture design such as office and hotel furniture for domestic and international project.

Prepare proposal such as rendering images and details of technical drawing for
production and suppliers / vendors.

Input data and information from salesman regarding the needs of documentation either proposal of new furniture / equipment design or existing product. The input then convert to rendering images or visualization of the product and also technical drawing completion to be pass to production department or outsource suppliers for further process.

To do product design development, conceptualization and prototyping.
To do research and specify product Design Specification (PDS) base on best criteria of product and user needs.
To conceptualize product / project using Computer Aided Drawing and graphic software's.
To do testing on prototype using high end technology and workshop practice.

Setup and maintain all equipment and apparatus is safe for manual foundry sample making.
Run experiment on different kind of soft metal mix (PEWTER) by following guidelines given by Senior R&D Engineer.
Analyst and compare results from least to most streaks sample.
Prepare and present report to Senior R&D Engineer on PEWTER STREAKDEFECTS experiment findings and conclusion.

ACHIEVEMENT
At the end of project I manage to reduce 70% of streaks on buffed product surface.
Improve problem solving and analytical skill.
Improve knowledge and understanding on material especially metal.

Followed all applicable safety rules and regulation.
To check and prepare equipment to be in safe condition and safe to use for production and assembly work.
To finish project base on drawing given by supervisor especially metal fabrication work for example aluminum's and steel roller shutter door , gate , grill , awning and poly-carbonate roof in many designs and sizes.
Performed other related duties as assigned.
Leaving for further studies.

ACHIEVEMENT
Manage to gain knowledge in metal assembly works.
Improve skill in arc and TIG welding.
Learn to work in team and finish project before due date.
