The OARP's Academic Initiatives Division develops, enhances and coordinates educational programs in sustainability.

- Assist with the overall preparation of the Sustainability Essentials Training (SET) and the Sustainable Investing executive program
- Conduct direct outreach efforts and prepare marketing materials, including mailing campaigns, webinars and websites
- Identify and engage with prospective participants from the private, public and nonprofit sectors
- Research assistance for different projects, such as the assessment on programs for women entrepreneurs for Endeavor Uruguay

Consumo Responsable is a group formed by: Greenbondi, a sustainability consulting firm; Ecomanía, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting sustainability in Latin America; and Greca, a sustainable design B-Corp company.

GREENBONDI
- Assisted in the assessment, design and implementation of sustainability actions and campaigns
- Built and supported client relationships, engaging with corporations and governmental entities, strengthening bonds with clients
- Prepared presentation materials for projects

ECOMANÍA
- Conducted fundraising strategy, bonding with companies and government's sustainability teams
- Organized workshops, conferences, awareness campaigns, and assisted with bi-monthly magazine
- Developed internship and volunteer programs, assigned and supervised administrative and research tasks to interns

GRECA
- Conducted marketing research, identifying niche market opportunities that contributed to Greca's growth
- Developed and coordinated wholesale, corporate and international sales, created procedures manual
- Generated customized corporative gifts, designing products made with discarded buttons and resin
