•R&D of materials, manufacturing processes and support of small manufacturing unit along with supplier selection & management. Working to ISO9001 & ISO13845 standards. NPI support, DFM, FEA, Testing & Validation, FMEA, to ensure a quality product that is ‘right first time’.
•Liasing with marketing team, senior management, suppliers at home and abroad and becoming a general product champion and sponsor for projects in under my control.

Concept generation and detailed design of injection mouldings, castings and sheet metal casings and PCB layout and restriction drawings for Telecoms system testing products, consisting of PC based platforms with multiple high-end PCB multilayer PCB modules.
Thermal analysis & environmental testing of systems.
Expert user of 3D/2D Co-Create 'Solid-Designer' CAD package.
Main product - Portable Telecom's testing equipment. Responsible for mechanical design for electronic modules to whole platform designs.
