Responsible for the local design team and its remote team-members, while still functioning as a designer on select projects and larger accounts.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations in the design department, delegating the assignments and addressing any conflicts with sales requests; if they should arise. Involved with new staff hires, in charge of conducting performance assessments, and coordinating design resources.

Currently the solitary designer on the fifth largest trade show in Las Vegas, and a valued team member on one of the largest media consumption shows in the country; as well as an integral designer for creative rental or custom exhibits on numerous shows and expos within and outside of Las Vegas.

Digitally corrected, enhanced and manipulated photographs. Designed photo composites, posters and digital albums of family sessions, senior portraits, engagement sessions and weddings.
