Assembled test systems at Sustainable energy lab for characterizing thermoelectric generators. Made a product manual and standard procedures to operate the test rig safely. Performed testing and validation of various electrical components. * Characterized thermoelectric generators (TEG) to compare fabrication techniques * Designed an experimental manufacturing process to fabricate thermoelectric generator and fabricated TEG'S at RIT * Designed and fabricated fixtures to process ceramic materials and to fabricate thermoelectric generators * Developing a LabVIEW applet to implement remote functionality to the test system.

* Designed and developed 3D models and produced detailed design documents in CREO & SolidWorks for third party clients * Interacted with clients to obtain critical design parameters to produce designs that met targets of feasibility, cost and quality * Performed FEA using ANSYS and made design changes accordingly. Ensured that design complied with company standards. * Provided training to third party clients in CREO, SolidWorks and ANSYS.

* Redesign of expansion fasteners and ceiling systems to bring about cost reduction by application of smart design and design optimization concepts using SolidWorks and ANSYS for FEA.
