Specialist in 3D architectural renderings and architectural visualization. Achievements Created in-house Computer Aided-Design (CAD) training workshop for junior operators. Leading 3D Renderer for the City of Hollywood Beach district Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). Key contact for securing in excess of more than one million dollars of city grant monies to the improvement of beach community redevelopment. Working with Architectural firms and Real Estate Developers to Visualize a 3D rendering project for selling purposes. Through my teams sales and designs, produced Renderings for Fautz Associates, a Hollywood based Real Estate Developer, to acquire the eye of foreign investors to fund a 25 million dollar community redevelopment project. 2007 - 2010: 3D Artist Frank Costoya Architect, Inc Responsibilities Built 3D Photo realistic renderings based on information provided by clients and engineers. Conducted research needed to complete architectural projects.
