Creative manager experienced with development of complex products, services and brands with teams focused on innovation and creativity, always keeping an eye on production. Experienced usage of Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking to obtain original results in record time with optimized delivery quality. Worked with several types of teams and people, covering a variety of companies in several sectors: automotive, aviation, simulation, virtual reality, nautical, entertainment, education, technology, games, UX and consumer. Strong academic base, enhanced with international courses (Stanford and Virginia) giving a closer look to know about products and their ecosystems. Leadership courses and tool courses complement my knowledge about people and how to solve problems. Won several design awards with good teamwork and individual drive. Love to mountain bike and dogs too! Wish to know the world and all the cultural diversities as much as I can. Love people and what they can accomplish when they pursue a common goal in a professional and energetic way. What I want is to make a company thrive, using my experience and expertise through creative teams, be it Marketing be it Design, be it R&D.
