Check and interpret construction working drawings and coordinate with consultants (Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers)
- Check construction estimate/quantities and coordinate with construction suppliers
- Check construction materials quality and standard
- Check construction shop drawings and construction methodologies and coordinate with consultants if necessary
- Supervise and inspect construction workers and sub-contractors accomplishments
- Supervise construction program, work and materials delivery schedule and make sure it is followed.
- Coordinate all resources to ensure project execution and completion as per agreed budget.
- Encourage, promote and maintain safe site working practices
- Meeting regularly with the Owners, Subcontractors, Client and Consultants to monitor and coordinate all phases of the construction project.
- Projects are mostly Residential, Multi-storey Apartment, Hospitality and Tourism, Retail and Commercial

- Surveying sites, site measure ups and carry out site observations, identifying location benefits and environmental impacts
- Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with clients
- Manage and coordinate with consultants (Engineers)
- Produce and prepare preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for building permit/consent. (Using AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office)
- Coordinate with construction suppliers
- Overseeing day to day accomplishments of construction workers and subcontractors.
