I base my work on a set of best practices I hand-picked in the last 10 years from multiple studies (usability, conversion rate and web credibility) done by authorities like Stanford Technology Lab and best selling authors regarding how people use the web, what makes them take action and what turns them off. I love to find the sweet spot between business goals and user needs and turn it into an engaging, win-win user experience.
