•Create original artwork and prints for all divisions
•Work with Design Manager on concept of line and assist with silhouette sketching, color story, fabrication sourcing, trim sourcing, etc.
•Create and distribute company-wide trend report
•Create boards, look books, and presentations for a variety of special projects as directed by Creative Director
Communicate with overseas factory on lab dip submits and artwork submits and correct any issues that arise before production and maintain library of product

•Design private label headwear, footwear, bags, scarves and cold weather accessories for all genders.
•Adhere to very tight deadlines
•Create tech packs and communicate with overseas factories
•Work with factories through sampling process by providing feedback on products and addressing construction, fit, color and design issues
•Create prints and graphics for all products
•Create trend boards for merchandisers and sales people
•Assist other accessory departments (such as hosiery and footwear) with creating artwork for products.

•Design private label and licensed product
•Translate Project Manager and Buyer input into final product.
•Sketch all silhouettes and create coordinating prints and graphics.
•Determine all trims and graphic techniques.
•Create tech packs for factories.
•Maintain on-going trend library for inspiration
•Communicate with overseas factories throughout the sample making process
•Adhere to very tight deadlines

•Create private label and licensed apparel and swimwear
•Manage team of graphic designers
•Sign off on technical team’s production specs to ensure design interpretation
•Adhere to meetings calendar and work within very tight deadlines
•Create tech packs for factories
•Work with Sourcing Manager on selecting trims and fabric
•Daily communication with factories on every level of the sample making process
•Assist Designer on gathering inspiration for graphics, prints, etc.
•Assist Designer with sketching all silhouettes
•Create trend presentations to present to Creative Director
•Maintain sample closet
