Andrés Bastidas

As a Transportation Design Intern in the crossover team, I was exposed to a wide variety of projects for different clients. Working with brands such as Volta, Ford Motor Company, and Husqvarna Motorcycles, I was involved throughout different stages in the design process.

Whether it was generating ideas for EV chargers, re-imagining what a product line-up could be like for Ford Europe, or designing technical accessories and motorcycle power parts ready for production, my time at KISKA proved to be an amazing learning experience, further preparing me for the challenges the future beholds.

I had the honor of working at Volkswagen's Future Center California (FCC), a cultural and technological hub conceived to tackle the design challenges of tomorrow.

While at the FCC, I was exposed to day-to-day tasks that focused on the creation of thought-driven concepts for the automotive industry, including but not limited to the implementation of autonomy, electrification, and the creation of mobility solutions for the Volkswagen Group.
