Walmart Chile is the largest supermarket retailer in the country and a division of Walmart Inc of America.
As part of the corporate image renewal project, had in charge its first stage consisting in an overview and ultimately a detailed survey with the objective of providing accurate information about the case status for every mega store in Santiago.
-Reaching 100% of deadlines by routing and planning every day to the smallest detail.
-Defining most relevant facts and variables about each corporate image element to rearrange an otherwise confusing scenario.
-Contacting each Store Manager with a 48 hours previous notice reduced the entrance denial to zero.
-Hidden flaws and structural issues were discovered in addition to the main purpose of the job thanks to a detailed inspection and survey process.
-The first-hand data and gained experience allowed me to extend the job to a contractors consultancy and shortlisting for the project´s next stage.

Compomet is a family owned, Chile based company, with over 30-year experience as a manufacturer of commercial furnishing and equipment for the retail industry.
As part of a work team, with focus in the design and manufacturing department, developing new POP displays and exhibition equipment for the retail industry. Responsible for the design, client presentation and technical-productive aspects of each model.
-Facing a rather chaotic scenario in the 1000+ blueprints library, conducted and received approval upon a modelling software renewal project. The new software allowed reaching a 57% revised, corrected and updated library within a year.
-Generating accurate and detailed 3D models reduced the production line flaw finding in 85% the first year.
-Including a prototyping process as a standard made possible an early flaw detection resulting in a 30% reduction in production stoppings and improved accuracy in materials listing within the first year.
