Industrial Desinger

-Work closely with clients to communicate specific design perimeters and specifications.
-Product research and identification of target market .
-Provide initial to detailed concept design sketches.
-Create product 3D models using Autodesk Fusion 360.
-Provide Renderings and detailed, technical illustrations of design work.
-Build design development models and sketch models.

Fabrication and Design / Industrial Design

-Fabrication and design of custom signage, gates, railings and a variety of other products.
-Fabricating experience includes welding, plasma cutting, angle grinding and forge work.
-Design work includes product development, client consultations and concept proposals.
-Creating superimposed concept drawings using Adobe creative suite, primarily Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Industrial Design

- Digital fabrication, sheet metal/general steel fabrication, product development and prototyping.
-Metal product design with Autodesk design suite primarily Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
-Programming CNC F5 Punch and LP6 Laser Punch using NC Express nesting software.
-Communication of customer ideas to shop workers through detailed design drawings.
- Material management, knowledge of various material tolerances, manufacturing processes, organization skills and use of project bill of materials.
-Project supervision and various administrative duties.
