Worked on various projects (toys, consumer, medical) both solo and collaboratively from concept to production. Communicated with clients on projects. Created concept sketches, cad models with internal components and specific dimensions, product renderings, investor presentations, graphic design. Researched users, target markets, and ergonomics.

My client came to me with a working proof of concept prototype. I researched components and features that need to be incorporated into the next iteration, and showed these concepts through sketching and computer renderings. My client was invited on short notice to have a display booth at an entrepreneurial awards event. To have a prototype ready, I redesigned his initial prototype; 3d printed the parts, and delivered the working prototype to the event.

Performed design and manufacturing expertise. My tasks included product research, ideation, and testing prototypes. I learned how the design process works for a small design studio, from creating and testing concepts to communication with the client.

Painted and hand finished various parts to a product-level finish. Assisted with the assembly of new product prototypes for major US and International companies. Learned invaluable experience about design for manufacture, resin cast parts for small production runs, and prototypes of parts for injection molding.
