Oversee ecommerce PDP photography workflow for kids, beauty, jewelry, shoes etc. Create,
design, and develop with all corresponding teams: photographers, stylists, production, project
management and designers to build the Macy’s brand message promoting all departments.
Understand business branding. Collaborate with designers when assigned non-promo projects to achieve the concept approved. Perform other duties as assigned.

Details: Set and maintain high creative standards across all projects. Provide direction to photo and
retouching teams. Attend weekly turn ins and review merchandise. Communicate all changes/updates to creative staff. Assist Sr. Art director with projects. Support the creative department with marketing projects as needed. Review and approve vendor images with team. Maintain updates to Macy’s vendor image guide. Develop new initiatives and generate ideas beyond assigned projects. Work closely with designers and project management to create better communication. Support management by attending meetings in their absence. Keep up with industry trends and make suggestions to upper management. Organized, reliable and punctual.

Work closely with upper management to lead the vision and execution of social media for Macy’s and Macy’s Backstage. Manage team; planning and delivery of content to increase brand awareness. Teamed up with marketing and strategy teams to identify strategic initiatives. Use best creative practices to track and measure success. Oversee a team providing art direction and design assistance for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, mBlog, Tumblr & Instagram. Develop and establish the team to produce quality design and ensure their execution throughout.

Details: Collaborate with different teams to create distinctive advertising. Participate in concepts for all channels and assist to execution. Manage a team along with a large workload. Manage workload and demonstrate strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills to hard deadlines. Support team by working on their assignments when shorthanded to keep our projects on schedule. Partner with various teams to maintain calendar. Attend monthly merchandise presentations and production meetings. Work closely with marketing and project management to gather and approve assets that align with company social feeds for posts. Manage and critique team projects for approval. Support Creative Director by attending meetings in their absence. Demonstrate knowledge and professional execution of all duties. Promote a positive attitude, strong teamwork and an appreciation of diversity in our workplace.
