Destination Real Estate is a family-owned real estate brokerage founded and located in Brooklyn, New York. The Brooklyn neighborhood where the office has been located since 2001 has seen a surge of young professionals and families over the past ten years. After close inspection of the competitive marketplace, it was observed that this rebranding effort was an opportunity to cater to the local market in a way that no local brokerages were currently doing. By developing a friendly, clean, and dynamic visual identity and shifting strategic focus to the customer (through new services such as apartment customization), Destination can acquire this new client-base and grow within the community and eventually beyond.
