• Takes a brief from the marketing department to form concepts & design
• Brainstorm for concepts and design
• Creates designs for new projects for advertising department
• Leads design team
• Supervises final artwork handled by finalizers for print ads, posters, flyers, billboards, direct mail, etc.
• Also executes final artwork in the event that a finalizer is unavailable
• Surpervises and recommends best materials for final product to be produced for the client
• Makes sure projects are done within the agreed design time frame

- Responsible for the distribution of projects to the artists
- Assist the management in developing policies and procedures involving the Production Department.
- Prepares performance metrics for junior designers/artists.
- Recommends solutions to issues involving the Production Team
- Monitors quality control measures.
- Attends briefing for the specific job requirements.
