Working on the complete redesign of 24-7's Business Intelligence and Reporting Module by adding smart visualisations to its text/table only reports and creating easy to use extensibility options for custom reports.

Worked with several companies as a Freelance UX Consultant for various projects like mobile app design , website design and usability evaluations etc. Always delivered more than they expected.

I used the name "Squareviking" for certain projects, just as a 'nome de plume'

Tried to instill a culture of User Experience beyond a cosmetic facelift process and into a problem solving process , but failed.

I work as a service design and innovation manager working on new business cases and pilot projects which had not been assimilated into barillas main businesses. I worked on research and execution of the different parts of the projects taking ownership of the customer experience and service design aspects while aiding my supervisors on the other aspects. Generating different solutions to the business problems and conflict in interest of the various stakeholders.

Conceive and executive projects end to end while working with all stakeholders involved. Managing outsourced work for collaborative projects.

Worked on a new startup Helpshift crm .

Worked on a number of mobile apps which were showcased at the Mobile World Congress 2011, Barcelona. I was responsible for end to end mobile solutions with an Indian (local) context.

I executed the entire systems design of the site dealtadka.com from information architecture to visual design and also on the facebook component of the website.

I worked as a part of fabulous.com team which monetized the user interaction and features of the website. I worked across web and mobile platforms. Was also responsible for managing the special events and contests for the site.
