While working as an Art Director at Design Media, I led a comprehensive design research project, culminating in this report. Included creating a journey map with the lead researcher, making recommendations for streamlining the service, and writing the strategy section of the report. Also facilitated improvisation workshops with the business services team, to improve and redefine the way they talk with corporate clients and technology companies in the Bay Area about their services
