My graphic design career has focused on branding and brand strategy. I have over twenty years of experience working with companies such as Oracle, Chobani, and Condé Nast.
As a service designer and design researcher, I am interested in how service design can address the impacts of climate change. I have also taught sustainable design at Parsons School of Design in New York City. A nine-year mentorship with ecological design pioneer Sim Van der Ryn has been foundational to my work as a design researcher and educator.
I have an MS in Design and Urban Ecologies from Parsons School of Design in New York City and an MFA in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
