Real Affordability
Is affordable housing in New York City actually affordable?
Real Affordability is a data visualization strategy created for the nonprofit ANHD, Association of Neighbors and Housing Development. The project looks at New York City's New Housing Market Place Plan for Affordable Housing for each borough, and breaks down the number of affordable units at the neighborhood level. I worked with a team of designers to create the strategy, develop look and feel, typography, color palette, etc.
