While working at sfgov, I led a rebranding effort for the Workforce division of the Department of Economic and Workforce Development. I hired Design Media to create the collateral and style guideline. The project also included a robust design research phase, consisting of interviews with government staff, nonprofit leaders, job seekers, etc.
