Responsible of model making supervision, mass production coordination, and communication with clients in order to achieve great outcome. Also participated in company daily affairs management such as training young designers and laying down document regulations. Participated in a furniture project for a brand and product design for company's own brand.
★ In charge of electric fans, air purifiers, humidifiers, and heaters design for Airmate. The heaters are already on the market with great success.
★ In charger of ZTE's annual smart phone design and Internet hardware design with great outcome.
★ In charge of a Hybrid Laptop design for a brand which will be on the market soon.
★ Trained multiple young designers with their design skills.

Led ID team for telecommunication product development. Works included market research, trend estimating, opportunities searching, clients' needs synthesizing, product requirement proposal, ID department coordination, and cooperation with other departments.
★ Led the team completed the design and development of the GreatCall emergency calling terminal, Smart phone project with Philips, and other multiple projects.

As the chief designer, cooperated with the design manager in cell-phone designing, which includes studying design language, hosting brainstorming, possibility analyzing, model verifying, design recommending, communicating with construction department, and follow-up works like second development, color study, and CMF. Was involved with the design of multiple product and conceptual projects, including flip phones, candy bar phones, slide smart/feature phones. Participated in 2009 Alcatel design language and Roadmap series.
★ Designed Vodafone 150 for Africa market for our client Vodafone.
★ Designed Alcatel 2009 model OT103, which sold 5 millions in the world, derived into multiple models and was chosen by Motorola to be WX-160 to put on the market.
★ Designed Alcatel's first Android smart phone OT980, which was the most advanced model on the market in 2009.
★ Designed Alcatel OT802 with qwerty keyset, which became a big hit and derived into multiple models.
★ Designed Alcatel OT255.
★ Participated inOT202, OTc701, OTy670, OTs520, OT363, OT600, OT800, OT808.
★ Was evaluated as Outstanding Employee in 2009.

Participated in designing of audio/video and other consumer products, works included market research, organizing data, concept development, and 2D/3D design. Participated in design projects presenting, communicating with market researchers, and late follow-up. Was involved with designing and presenting for 3Nod speaker, TCL computer designing, Boss stereo system designing, and DVD players designing for multiple brands. Also attended 3Nod presentation.
