My approach has always been to support each project from its early concept all the way through to distribution, with the goal of connecting with the audience from the very first second. I work closely with production teams to shape the podcast’s format and narrative, and to identify key moments that could go viral or stand out in short-form clips. Each episode is treated as a piece of content meant to live across multiple platforms—not just audio. We create adapted versions with tailored strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and Reels to help boost visibility and reach new audiences.
I also lead the development and execution of a full growth plan: from how we launch a new show (teasers, cross-posting, partnerships with other creators or media outlets), to how we consistently engage our audience with segmented and relevant content. I rely on real data to guide decisions—looking at listens, retention, clicks, shares, and views to understand what’s working and what needs refining. I’m hands-on when it comes to optimizing titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and metadata across all distribution platforms.
My role is a mix of analytics, communication, creativity, and strategy—always with one foot in production and the other in growth.

At Heru, I led the development and execution of CRM strategies to drive activation, retention, and monetization for freelance users across Mexico. I designed and launched behavior-based automation flows across channels including email, in-app, push notifications, and WhatsApp using CleverTap, creating a personalized lifecycle communication system aligned with user needs and tax deadlines.

Collaborated cross-functionally with product, data, content, and design teams to align messaging with the user journey and feature usage.

Integrated CRM operations with support, payments, and onboarding flows to improve user experience and internal process efficiency.
Managed QA, documentation, and executive reporting for lifecycle metrics and strategic planning.
