Interior Designer * As a residential designer I've been able create spaces that fit the life style of my clients. * I've been able to make selections that transform cookie cutter properties to unique & inviting places that result in the enjoyment for the clients their families & friends.

* As a visualization designer, I am responsible for the creation of custom renderings & floor designs for multiple marketing departments. * I take sketches, floor plans, product information & convert these to realistic 2D &/or 3D images. representing the end result the client would see before installation is done on their space.

* As a hospitality interior designer, I was responsible for organizing different presentations with & for hotel owners capturing their vision, business requirements & working with their budget. * Prepared digital design boards to get further feedback from the clients to ensure we were moving in the right direction. * During the design process, materialized my ideas into 3D renderings, floor plans, design boards, materials & samples presentations. My preference was to show digital presentations along with physical samples of the materials we are proposing to use as most clients really appreciated the ability to touch & feel & not just observe. * Responsible for selection of all upholstery seating, furniture, case goods, materials, finishes, lighting, window treatment, etc. * Responsible for building all specification sheets, drawings & sample binders to submit them for approval to the hotel franchises & refining, revising & re-submitting as needed until the project was completely approved &/or the property was opened to the public. * Worked hard to guarantee that my clients-the hotel owners-were satisfied & thrilled with the end result while complying with the hotel franchise's brand standards. Worked directly with architects, project managers & contractors. My aim was to make a product that was profitable for all stakeholders.
