Coffee Shop
In this project I sought to maximize the amount of space used for the two floors. The entire shop is fully furnished with specialized equipment at the "coffee bar". On the top floor I wanted to maintain more of an open concept by adding a large glass inset to one side of the wall that can open up to the outdoor balcony that is also fully furnished with a self-designed gazebo and hanging chairs for added comfort. The overall air conditioned space is about 1500 square feet. I really wanted to keep the materials simple by having concrete exterior with added wood siding to maintain a minimalistic concept throughout the exterior as well as the interior.
