Working as part of the design team for the SWOT [studio] on a collaborative project. Creating a flexible studio space for student's located within Birmingham City University's new Parkside building.

Part time sales assistant whilst working another part time job and through out my studies. My role consisted of handling sales, pushing promotions in store, meeting KPI's/ATV's, and having a thorough understanding of products and the company. I also took part in routine stock takes.

Clear understanding of brands and up selling products such as add ons. Following company security procedures insuring low stock theft. Participating in routine audits and visual merchandising to company standards. Running Deliveries and processing stock.

Maintaining standards on garments and accessories. Receive and process deliveries. Prepared stores for seasonal sales and campaigns. Followed company policies and routines concerning loss prevention and how to deal with store theft. Working with in-store visual merchandisers maintaining company expectations within store.
