Marine Recruiting - Virtually

The Brief:
The Marine Corps asked us to find a way to help them get involved online.

The Solution:
Having been a recruiter for the US Navy, I knew that if you wanted recruits you didn't sit at a desk, but instead went to where they were. Online (in the earliest days of social media) they were on MySpace.

It was very bold for the Marine Corps to allow us to take this path and we were the first to do so for any government agency. The result was so successful, it became the subject of a JWT Case Study (attached).

Surprisingly the site continues to thrive these many years later.
